Lominger International Associate Dan Moss is president of the Moss Consulting Group, LLC, a leadership and organization development consulting firm. His firm works with senior management groups to design and implement talent management processes aimed at developing the organization’s future leaders.
He consults with operational and functional groups in the areas of selection, competency modeling, leadership development, succession planning, team building and performance management. He also provides executive coaching, and multi-rater feedback assessments. His clients are primarily medium to very large companies in manufacturing, financial services and distribution.
Dan has over 30 years of business experience in large Fortune 500 manufacturing, distribution and service organizations. Prior to starting his consulting practice he was director of executive development for International Paper.
He is a seasoned practitioner and has extensive “hands-on” experience in the design and execution of competency-based leadership development tools, processes and systems across an organization, specifically in the areas of performance management, succession planning, high potential talent management and multi-rater (360°) feedback/coaching. |
He has designed and conducted workshops on leadership development, facilitating feedback, coaching, interviewing and performance management. Dan has worked with numerous managers, executives and high potential talent as a feedback facilitator and coach.
As a Lominger Associate, Dan is skilled in the use of their broad range of researched-based tools, processes and consulting services. He is a Master Certifier for Lominger’s LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of products.
