Dr. David Weller has been helping organizations with the selection and development of high caliber employees for over 15 years. In his work as an executive coach, Dr. Weller has helped executives enhance their leadership ability to bring about better bottom line results and prepare for future leadership roles in their organizations.
He has facilitated 360-degree feedback with hundreds of managers and executives, helping them gain valuable insight into other’s perceptions of their leadership skills and abilities and begin the process of personal and professional growth.
Using his expertise in psychological assessment, he has guided organizations in the selection and promotion decisions of key managers and executives and helped implement succession planning systems aligned with business strategies.
David has worked in a variety of industries including, manufacturing, financial services, retail, utility, construction and technology. |
Dr. Weller has also facilitated numerous teambuilding sessions using a variety of methods from personality preferences to action learning. He has assisted new teams in building cohesion and developing strong working bonds, moved well functioning teams to the next level of performance, and helped repair and rebuild dysfunctional teams.
Dr. Weller has held an adjunct faculty position at Regis University and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Denver and Washington University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Division of Consulting Psychologists and is past president of the Gateway Industrial Organizational Psychologists.
David holds a B.A. and M.S. degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from University of Denver.
