Lominger International Associate, Julia Wagner, is president of WW Consulting, Inc. a leadership and organization development consulting firm.
WWC helps leaders achieve results through people, applying change management, leadership development, group development and individual/executive coaching processes. The approach is project-oriented and aimed at transferring skill and knowledge to the client organization.
WWC believes in research based, experience tested methods and tools, and is continually benchmarking core competency areas. Julia has over 15 years of experience as an internal practitioner in Fortune 500 companies prior to starting WWC. She previously served as Manager of Business Consulting, Executive Development and Consulting, and Market Training where she reported to the CEO and supported top executives, at a Fortune 500 Financial Services Company.
Julia has concentrated industry experience in financial services, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, and expertise in organizational change, developing leaders, results based executive coaching, competency based systems, 360 degree feedback, competency modeling and large group process and project management. |
