| Lominger International Associate Kate Bett is the owner of BettSolutions, a human capital and leadership development consulting organization.
Kate is an organizational performance and leadership development specialist with over 15 years of both practical and consulting experience as managing consultant with Deloitte & Touche and heading global assessment programs for Computer Sciences Corporation.
She has expertise in management/ executive coaching, assessment and development, employee/team assessment and feedback, competency-based programs, performance management, and training development and delivery.
Her organization works with clients to design and implement competency-based programs such as talent management, 360° feedback process and facilitation, succession planning, executive coaching, competency modeling, role profiling and standardizing HR processes and procedures.
Kate works with senior management groups to create talent management processes aimed at selecting and developing future organizational leaders. |
Her clients are primarily Fortune 500 medium to very large companies in manufacturing, health care, services, and high tech.
With experience in instructional design, Kate has developed and delivered a variety of programs in areas such as facilitating 360° feedback, coaching employees, leadership development, interviewing and selection, team effectiveness and organizational alignment.
She is a frequent presenter at national conferences speaking about her work in the areas of competency-based career development and high potential identification and assessment.
Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in government and politics from George Mason University and a master’s degree in human resources development from Marymount University.
