Lominger International Associate Kathryn Spinelli is president of Spinelli Associates, a consulting firm dedicated to helping improve the effectiveness of organizations, teams and individuals.
Her firm helps organizations design and implement people processes and tools that enable business goals. These processes include leadership selection, succession and progression, career development, and change management.
Kathryn works with senior management groups, operational leaders, and the HR team, with the goal of building a partnership and facilitating the transfer of best practices in leadership development and human resources.
Kathryn has 20 years of business experience in high tech, retail, and manufacturing organizations, including four Fortune 100 companies. She has worked in environments of radical corporate change, including mergers, start-ups, and turnarounds.
Prior to starting her consulting practice she was vice president of human resources for one of the largest employers in the United States. She has also led corporate communication, training, and organization development functions, held senior generalist roles, and consulted with internal and external clients in change management. |
Kathryn also provides executive and high potential coaching through the use of multi-rater assessment feedback, facilitates development of competency-based leadership profiles, and assists with the design of effective leadership development programs.
Kathryn has used The LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT Suite of products as an internal practitioner in numerous business settings for well over ten years. She has introduced the research and tools to operational leaders and HR teams, and is certified in the complete product suite.
Kathryn holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas, and a master’s degree from the University of Michigan.
