Lominger International Associate Linda Hodge is president of Hodge & Associates, Inc., a leadership and organization development consulting firm.
Her firm helps organizations design and implement selection and development processes, build competency models, and create change strategies. She also provides executive coaching, career planning and counseling, and multi-rater feedback assessments.
Linda has 20 years of business experience in manufacturing, retail, service, computer and health care organizations, including three Fortune 500 companies. Prior to starting her consulting practice she was Director of Development for BFGoodrich Aerospace.
Linda works with senior management groups to create talent management processes aimed at selecting and developing future organizational leaders.
She consults with operational and functional groups in the areas of leadership, executive coaching, selection, performance management, team development, and organizational development. |
Her clients are primarily medium to very large companies in manufacturing, financial services, high tech, and health care.
With experience in instructional design, Linda has developed and delivered a variety of programs in areas such as performance management, selection, giving and receiving feedback, customer service, leadership development and organizational change.
She is a frequent presenter at national conferences speaking about her work in the areas of selection and leadership development. She is a Master Certifier for The LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of products.
Linda holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Ball State University.
