| Lominger International Associate Lisa J. Crawford is president of The Crawford Group, a consulting organization specializing in leadership and organization development. Her firm helps organizations design and implement selection and development processes, build competency models and create change strategies.
She also provides executive coaching, multi-rater feedback assessments, career planning and coaching and helps her clients design and implement selection and succession planning programs.
Lisa has worked across the United States and in Europe for more than 20 years designing, facilitating and leading change and learning initiatives with organizations in manufacturing, technology, health care and education. She has extensive experience in creating competency-based organization wide integrated systems that reinforce strategic objectives and organizational values.
Prior to opening her consulting practice, her most recent corporate roles were director of organization effectiveness for Premier Inc. and Related Companies, and leader worldwide performance and development for Becton Dickinson and Company. |
Lisa works with senior leaders and management groups to create talent management processes aimed at selecting and developing future organizational leaders. She consults with operational groups in the areas of leadership, executive coaching, selection, performance managements, team development and organization development. Her clients vary greatly in size and industry from large healthcare organizations to manufacturing, technology, financial services and government organizations.
Lisa has a strong background in total human resources management in both profit and not-for-profit organizations with extensive experience in recruitment, employment, employee relations, succession planning and training and development. She is certified in all of the Lominger products in the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of tools.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Massachusetts, and a master of science degree in training and organization development from Lesley University. Lisa has been an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University in Washington, DC where she taught in the training and development program before moving to California.
