Dr. Mary Michaels, Master Associate of Lominger International, is founder and President of Business Prescriptions, providing strategic organization and leadership effectiveness consulting.
Business Prescriptions designs, implements and measures organizational solutions in the areas of: strategic planning, individual and organizational, assessment (including pre-employment, high potential, 360° developmental, team and culture), leadership development and executive coaching, competency modeling, talent management, and performance management, all aligned with the strategic business proposition of the organization.
Mary represents over 20 years experience with domestic and international organizations including small privately held companies, Fortune 100 organizations, academic institutions, Unions and non-profit agencies. Her clients span industries including retail, manufacturing, health care, insurance, technical and service organizations.
Prior to Business Prescriptions, Mary was a Consulting Partner and Senior Vice President of Drake Beam Morin (DBM) where, in addition to providing consulting expertise world-wide, she managed the strategic partnership between DBM and Lominger Limited, Incorporated. Additionally, Mary has served as a lead psychologist for Honeywell and Cargill.
Mary holds an undergraduate degree from Saint Olaf College, and a Master of Arts degree and Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. |
In addition to her academic credentials, Mary is a qualified Mediator and Adjunct Professor with the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business in the Minnesota Management Academy.
Mary is published in the area of instructional design and utilizes this expertise to design, develop and deliver customized training programs or provide train-the-trainer instruction to build internal capability in the areas of individual development and organizational effectiveness.
As an Executive Coach, Mary combines her depth and breadth of business expertise with her background in psychology and therapy to provide integrated, actionable and effective mentoring resulting in measurable professional and personal change.
