MICHAEL HARPER
Lominger International Associate Michael Harper brings a unique perspective to OD consulting with over 20 years of operations and marketing experience combined with six years as president of TalentGenesis Inc., a consultancy he founded in 1997.
Michael heads an experienced team in the design and delivery of consulting services for large-scale competency-based initiatives in organizational change, improving strategy implementation, reengineering of selection and performance management systems, building team effectiveness and leadership development programs.
Over the years Michael has authored articles that have appeared in Burroughs, American Banker and he has been quoted in numerous trade press articles. Michael received a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point.
KAREN DORECE, SPHR
Lominger International Associate Karen Dorece has worked in the field of organizational and leadership development for over 15 years, having served as corporate director of training and development and an HR manager at Firstar (now US Bank). During her tenure, she led large-scale change initiatives including the implementation of competency based selection, leadership development and performance management systems.

As vice president of learning and organization development for TalentGenesis, Karen assists her clients in the development and use of competency models in HR processes designed to effectively manage an organization’s talent.
In addition, Karen provides multi-rater feedback facilitation and coaching to executive and mid level managers.
Karen holds a B.A. in sociology/psychology and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
TalentGenesis’ clients are medium to large companies in the manufacturing, financial services, health care, airline and public utilities industry, several of which are among the Fortune 500. In addition, TalentGenesis has served several nationally recognized non-profit organizations and associations.
