Lominger International Associate Nicole Lambrou partners with individuals, teams, and organizations supporting them in evoking excellence, maximizing effectiveness and driving results. She does this work while ensuring an alignment of the people processes to business strategies and goals.
Nicole has experience as an internal practitioner, external consultant, and executive coach. She began her career as a management consultant and has held various internal roles with consumer product, retail, and apparel companies including PepsiCo, Williams-Sonoma Inc., and Levi Strauss & Co.
Nicole led global organization and talent development strategies and has designed, developed, and delivered a broad range of initiatives including on-boarding, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, talent management, measurement, engagement, and retention solutions. In addition, she has created leadership competency models, built 360-degree feedback based coaching to drive competency based development and performance, and high potential identification processes. Nicole supports strategic planning and alignment sessions, cultural change efforts, and team effectiveness using the suite of Lominger tools.

Nicole also has expertise in coaching and has coached across all levels of organizations including executive level leaders and high potential employees. She supports the coaching process using a variety of tools including 360 degree feedback.
Serving a global client base, Nicole works across a variety of industries including: Pharmaceutical, Consumer Product, Retail, Entertainment, Finance, Manufacturing, Health, Technology, Service, Utility and the Nonprofit sector. Her client base varies from large Fortune 100 companies to small private organizations with fewer than 200 employees.
Nicole has used The LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of products as an internal practitioner and external consultant in numerous business settings for over ten years.
Nicole is an Emeritus Advisory Board member of Oasis for Girls and previously served as the Advisory Board Chair. She is a current founding member of Spark.
Nicole is certified on the full suite of Lominger Limited Leadership Architect® products, Myers Briggs Step II, as well as several other assessment and development tools. She is a certified New Ventures West Integral Coach and holds a Ph.D. from Hofstra University in New York.
