Lominger International Associate Patty Hsiu is the owner of FlyingLeap, a consulting organization.
Ms. Hsiu is a consultant with over 24 years of management and leadership development experience leading teams in retail and in technology. She has worked both inside and outside of human resource roles. Patty has expertise in management/ executive coaching, assessment and development, facilitation, employee/team assessment and feedback, competency-based programs, performance management, and training development and delivery.
Patty’s key interests lie in giving individuals the information and ability to do their best work. And in helping organizations develop ways to benefit themselves and their employees by doing so.
She works with clients to develop strategies and tools to create a talent pipeline from acquisition to development and management. She has also done some individual executive coaching with clients.She most recently led Talent at Apple Computer, as Senior Director in charge of global staffing, training and development, HR technology, HR marketing and communications, relocation, diversity, university relations and the intern program. She has worked as well in various roles at Macy’s SF, The Gap, and Williams- Sonoma.

Clients she has worked with as a consultant have ranged from very large companies to start ups to educational institutions.
Patty has created and delivered programs internationally on performance management, talent acquisition and interviewing, management skills, 360 feedback, high performance models, succession planning, competency modeling, and a myriad of merchandising and marketing courses.
She is certified in many of the Lominger leadership architect products as well as MBTI and has coached executives using these tools.
Patty holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences from University of California at Berkeley.
