Lominger International Associate Stephen Marshall is the principal of Marshall Associates, a leadership development consulting firm. Steve’s firm specializes in growing current and future leaders, identifying high potential leadership talent, and sustaining organizations for the long term through customized leadership development systems.
Steve has over 20 years of international business experience in business and financial services, energy, pharmaceutical, and electronics industries. Prior to starting his consulting practice, he was director of leadership and team development for AstraZeneca (AZ), a U.K. based global pharmaceutical company. Steve was also a member of the AZ global learning and development council. As the director of executive development and education for Siemens Corporation, Steve was on faculty in Feldafing, Germany for the Siemens global leadership assessment program.
As a business consultant and psychologist, Steve consults on leadership development strategy, talent development planning as well as on leader, team and organization assessment for selection and development. |
Steve has spoken at national conferences on leadership assessment and team development. He is an Associate of Lominger International and Certifier for The LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of products.
Steve holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Akron and holds a Diplomate in industrial and organizational psychology with the American Board of Professional Psychology.
