Lominger Limited, Inc. Associate William H. “Bill” Morley is the owner of ExCL Group, a leadership development and executive coaching practice located in Durham, North Carolina. Their focus is on customized programs for executive team development, executive coaching and mentoring, and succession planning and talent development.
He is an Adjunct Faculty member of the Center for Creative Leadership and Executive Coach, and provides executive coaching and feedback work for Duke Corporate Education.
Bill has over 25 years of business and non-profit management experience and has worked with midsized to Fortune 500 organizations in the fields of energy, manufacturing, entertainment, insurance and financial services, home building, hospitality, telecommunications, high-tech, government and military, and healthcare both domestically and abroad.
Prior to forming ExCL Group, Bill was a faculty member of the Center for Creative Leadership and trained in many custom and open enrolment programs, and managed the LeaderLab Program. His work also focused on executive coaching, co-designing and writing a Center training program for developing adjunct faculty “coaches” as well as co-authored an annotated bibliography publish by the CCL in 2001. |
A seasoned executive coach, Bill has worked extensively with corporate level officers of public and private companies, entrepreneurs and family businesses, military flag officers, government administrators, and professional service firms on individual and executive team assignments. Additionally, he has worked with many organizations to assess, developed, and select key leaders for succession planning and determining appropriate leaderships skills and behaviors for new executive hires.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kansas, a master’s degree in divinity from Nashotah House Episcopal Seminary, and a master’s degree in business and doctorate in pastoral counseling from the Graduate Theological Foundation in South Bend, Indiana.
