Her firm helps organizations implement talent management programs, build competency models, and create change strategies. She also provides executive coaching, career planning and counseling, and multi-rater feedback assessments.
Yolanda has 13 years of working experience in education, manufacturing, retail, service, computer, mining and oil related organizations, including some Fortune 500 companies. Prior to starting her consulting practice she was a professor at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
She consults with operational and functional groups in the areas of leadership, executive coaching, selection, performance management, team development, and organizational development. Most of her clients are based in Latin America and Europe. |
With experience as a teacher at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, Yolanda has developed and delivered a variety of programs.
She is a frequent presenter at Latin America conferences speaking about talent management and leadership. She is an Associate of Lominger, Ltd. and Master Certifier for The LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of products. Yolanda is fluent in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
Yolanda holds a master’s degree in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from Aberdeen University, Scotland.
